Born into a family of entrepreneurs Sascha R. Prestel already founded his first company at the age of 25. Two years later he became the general representative of Generali Financial Services, a subsidiary of one of Europe’s top three insurance companies.
Two years later he became the founder, principal shareholder and CEO of KITON Financial Engineering AG. In this position he acted as advisor and creator of strategic corporate and sales concepts, product development as well as organisation and reorganisation of companies. Four years later KITON had raised over 700 Mio Euro.
In January 2005 Sascha sold his shares in KITON and made the move into the film business raising money for film funds and consulting for film companies on film financing matters.
In 2008 Sascha headed up IM Internationalmedia AG, the Germany-based parent company of the Internationalmedia Group, a global film company which developed, financed, produced and distributed motion pictures like Alexander, Terminator 3, Life of David Gale, Basic, The Wedding Planner.
In 2009 he partnered up with K5s Oliver Simon and Daniel Baur to run the business development of the K5 Media Group.
