Cannes 2009: Weinsteins acquire remake rights of 'A Matter of Size'

Dimension Films, genre lable of the Weinstein company, has acquired all remake rights for UCM and K5 production 'A Matter of Size'. The company has high hopes in the „really touching and funny feel-good comedy“ as Bob Weinstein calls it and expects it to translate well to American audiences. David Permut who brought the project to Dimension is going to produce the remake.
